Pricing

A booking agent that pays for itself.

Bayfront makes money two ways, both aligned with tours actually happening. Companies subscribe for touring tools and contract review by our in-house compliance team. Presenters pay a small booking fee only when a match turns into a contract. Basic listings stay free, forever.

Agent
US$255–385 / month

A virtual booking agent, on call.

  • Everything in Growth, plus:
  • Active pitching — the agent contacts matched presenters on your behalf
  • Date negotiation — proposes tour windows, blocks holds, coordinates logistics
  • Contract drafting + compliance review — produces first-draft engagement contracts, reviewed by our in-house compliance team, for your producer to sign
  • Unlimited productions
  • Quarterly human review with a Bayfront producer
  • Preferred placement in curated presenter briefings

Final signatures stay with you. The agent drafts; you approve.

Talk to us about Agent

Every drafted output is reviewable and editable before it leaves your account. You own every tech rider, every translation, every draft contract — and every engagement contract gets a compliance review from Bayfront before signature.

For presenters

Free to match. Pay only when you book.

Bayfront's matching agent is free to use. There's no subscription, no catalogue fee. You pay only when our match turns into a signed contract.

5–8%
of the engagement fee

For standard tours — a percentage of the contracted engagement fee paid to the company, billed once on signature. Rate varies with engagement size: 8% on engagements under HK$50k, 5% on engagements over HK$200k.

OR
HK$3k–5k
flat, per confirmed booking

For presenters who prefer predictability — a flat fee per contract, regardless of engagement size. Useful for festivals booking multiple shows and for venues with fixed procurement rules.

  • No match, no fee. Browsing the catalogue, talking to companies directly, getting match results — all free.
  • Fee triggers on contract signature. If a tour falls through before signature, nothing is owed.
  • One fee per engagement. Not per performance, not per week — one fee when the engagement is signed.
  • Transparent to the company. The company sees the fee on their side of the match, so there are no surprises on either end.

This fee is what keeps the agent honest. It means Bayfront only earns when a tour actually happens — which is also what grant funders and government partners are willing to back.

Why this works

A real business, not a grant-funded showcase.

The economics are deliberately simple, so partners, patrons and government funders can see exactly how the platform sustains itself.

HK$20k
monthly recurring

20 companies on the Growth tier at a mid-price of HK$1,000 each.

+ booking fees
variable, contract-linked

A typical 5–8% presenter fee on a HK$150k tour adds HK$7,500–12,000 per confirmed booking.

The two revenue lines are designed to reinforce each other. The company subscription funds the tooling that makes matches possible; the presenter booking fee funds the human oversight that keeps matches honest.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Can I stay on the Free tier indefinitely?

Yes. Free listings are not time-limited and will not be removed if you don't upgrade. Basic catalogue access is a permanent commitment of the platform.

How is the drafting engine trained — does my data go into a shared model?

No. The agent drafts content using your submitted specs and the presenter's brief as context per session. We don't train shared models on company data. Every output is generated per request and reviewable before it leaves your account.

What happens if the agent makes a mistake in a contract draft?

Drafts are drafts. The Agent tier produces first-draft contracts that are then reviewed by Bayfront's in-house compliance team before your producer, agent or lawyer gives final sign-off. Bayfront carries professional indemnity insurance on the Agent tier.

Who owns the translated marketing copy?

You do. Translations are work product delivered to your account. You can use them anywhere, on or off the platform, with no further licence.

Do presenters see the booking fee before they commit?

Yes. The fee is shown alongside every match result, itemised on the draft outreach, and is part of the engagement contract. There are no hidden fees at either end.

Is there a free trial of the paid tiers?

Growth: 30-day free trial, no card required. Agent: we run a paid pilot for the first quarter with a money-back guarantee if no matches convert to signed contracts.
